Front Desk Liaison:

Part-time work, ideal for a students schedule.


Chair Rental:

Established booth renters for hair styling

Full-time and part-time booth rentals & drop in day rental available

overlooking the Swift Street Courtyard.

Private Room:

Ideal for Esthetician/Massage Therapist/Reiki/Acupuncture, etc.

Part-time private room rental available.

- In salon room available: on Friday mornings, & Sundays.

- Downstairs room available: Sundays, Mondays & Fridays

Renters can look forward to*:

  • Great for Walk-ins: Located above Spokesman, next to Santa Cruz Yoga & 11th Hour Coffee (previously Kelly's French Bakery).

  • Green Circle Sustainable Salon certified: We're committed to our community and environment. We require all staff & renters to adhere to proper disposal of all waste. 

  • Central location: shops, local restaurants, breweries & wineries in courtyard.

  • Active Marketing: Instagram, Google, Facebook, salon website.

  • Receptionist and scheduling provided but you may keep your own books, either with our system MINDBody or on your own. 

  • Towels & light cleaning provided.

  • We carry cruelty-free, sustainable hair care from Davines, Cult & King and Loma for Hair and offer commission on product sales, though you are not required to promote our product lines.

  • Backbar products available for use.

  • Refreshments for your clients (coffee, sparkling water, tea).

  • Free parking: Swift Street lot, plus a lot across the street & on street parking.

  • Breakroom with ample storage.

  • Free Wi-Fi for stylist & clients.


Rental Stylist & Esthetician: Must have a current cosmetology license, business license & insurance.

Massage Therapist: Must have a current certification.
